The restaurant looks out over Reginalds Tower and The Mall. The cuisine served in this dining room is an imaginative fusion of traditional and Mediterranean. The imaginative menu is a fusion of local and European influences and this award winning Bistro has become a very popular choice amongst the local Waterford restaurant pundits. Surrounded by some of Ireland’s famous fishing villages, fish and seafood are a daily speciality.Combined with a comprehensive wine list, and with the service of our attentive staff, this is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a great meal in good surroundings.The Bistro is open daily for dinner from 18.30 – 21.30 with extended hours over the weekend. The bar is open daily from 10.30 am with extended hours over the weekend; during bank holiday weekends and special events, live entertainment is on in the evening time. Carvery lunch is served daily from 12.30 – 14.00 along with a menu offering a selection of hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and paninis, soup and light snacks are available throughout the day. The hotel carpark is located to the rear of the hotel. Spa/Leisure Facilities The Tower Hotel Leisure Centre is designed for today’s health conscious guests with a great range of leisure and fitness alternatives, in well maintained surroundings with experienced supervision to help you make the most of your fitness routine.The centre includes large changing and shower areas, with secure lockers.
