There are numerous tombs (megaliths) to be found in the area of Ballina and Mayo. Ballina's main claim to fame is its river which is internationally renowned as an exceptional source of salmon. Lounge/Bar The welcoming 'Boathole Bar' is located in one of the original "entertaining rooms" in the house. Many tall tales about successful angling achievements on the river were no doubt exchanged among guests and locals in this room over the years. Leisure & Spa Facilities What better way for guests to relax, than enjoy a swim in the 17m indoor heated pool which projects into the surrounding woodland, a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and large gym are also on offer.
